How your CGHS visit works
Bring your CGHS card
Original card + one photocopy, and referral slip from your wellness centre (where applicable).
Get treated
Treatment is carried out at approved rates. Emergency cases are taken up without prior referral.
We do the paperwork
Bills, prescriptions and claim forms prepared by our front desk for your reimbursement.
Documents to carry
- CGHS card (original + copy)
- Referral / permission slip from wellness centre
- Government photo ID (Aadhaar / PAN)
- Previous prescriptions or X-rays, if any
What's covered
Consultation, extractions, fillings, root canal, scaling, dentures and specified procedures are covered as per current CGHS rate list. Implants and cosmetic work are payable privately.
Coverage follows the current CGHS rate list and your scheme's rules — message us your card details on WhatsApp and we'll confirm before your visit.
